Large appliances
Fridge freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, TVs of 55″ and above, hot tubs and kamado BBQs are delivered by a two-person team to the ground floor or your front door. Installation and removal of old appliances are not included unless stated on the product page.
Areas we deliver to
Free delivery applies to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands may take longer, and some large items are not available to these areas. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund your order in full.
Missed deliveries
If you are not home, the courier will leave a card or contact you to rearrange. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.
