Every product we sell is brand new and covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

How long is the warranty?

The warranty period depends on the brand and product. Most appliances come with 1–2 years as standard, and some brands offer longer cover when you register your product with them. Check the product page or the documents in the box for details.

Making a claim

• Email contact@zudumart.shop with your order number, a description of the fault and a photo or video if possible.
• We will help you arrange a repair, replacement or refund, either directly or through the manufacturer’s UK service team.

What the warranty does not cover

Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by not following the manufacturer’s instructions are not covered.
