These terms apply to all orders placed on zudumart.shop. Please read them before placing an order.
1. About us
Zudumart is operated by Zudu, 93 Lower Addiscombe Rd, Croydon CR0 6PT, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@zudumart.shop.
2. Orders
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery to mainland UK is free. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and areas are set out on our Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations and returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days. See our Returns page.
6. Faulty goods and warranty
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Warranty page.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
