How to return an item
- Email contact@zudumart.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will send you a free prepaid return label. For large items, we will arrange a free collection instead.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging with all accessories, and send it back by mail.
Refunds and exchanges
We accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty items, and you can choose a refund or an exchange. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. There are no restocking fees.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away. We will cover the return and offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Condition of returned items
Items must be new and unused. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened consumables such as filters and descaling products unless they are faulty.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
